🗑️ AnsMe Account Deletion

⚠️ Important Warning
Account deletion is irreversible! This action permanently deletes all your data and makes it impossible to recover your account.
🗂️ Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- ✅ Your profile information (username, email, profile picture)
- ✅ All letters and messages you've written
- ✅ Direct messages sent and received
- ✅ Account settings and preferences
- ✅ In-app purchase history
- ✅ Location history and map interactions
- ✅ Login tokens and session data
📋 Account Deletion Steps
Method 1: Through the App
- Open the AnsMe app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap the Settings button
- Navigate to "Account & Security" section
- Tap "Delete My Account" button
- Enter your password and confirm the action
- Tap "Permanently Delete Account" button
Method 2: Via Email
⏱️ Processing Time
- In-app: Processed immediately (within 30 seconds)
- Via email: Processed within 24-48 hours
- Confirmation: Email notification when process is complete
🔄 After Processing
30-Day Retention Period
For security and legal compliance reasons:
- Your data will be securely archived for 30 days
- You cannot recover your account during this period
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
- This process is completely automated
📊 Retained Data
Due to legal requirements, the following data may be retained for a limited time:
- 💰 Financial records: 7 years (tax law requirement)
- 🔒 Security logs: 90 days (for abuse detection)
- 📊 Anonymous statistics: Without personal identifiers
