Account deletion is irreversible! This action permanently deletes all your data and makes it impossible to recover your account.

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

📋 Account Deletion Steps

Method 1: Through the App

  1. Open the AnsMe app
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Tap the Settings button
  4. Navigate to "Account & Security" section
  5. Tap "Delete My Account" button
  6. Enter your password and confirm the action
  7. Tap "Permanently Delete Account" button

Method 2: Via Email

If you cannot access the app or are experiencing technical issues:

  1. 📧 Send an email to ansmeappofficial@gmail.com
  2. Subject: "Account Deletion Request - AnsMe"
  3. In the message, please include:
    • Your account email address
    • Your username
    • Reason for deletion (optional)

⏱️ Processing Time

🔄 After Processing

30-Day Retention Period

For security and legal compliance reasons:

  • Your data will be securely archived for 30 days
  • You cannot recover your account during this period
  • After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
  • This process is completely automated
